A big help for my caotic mind

Such an easy way to stay organized throughout the day. Setting tasks to repeat helps to easily keep track of tasks which have to be done weekly, monthly, or annually. The notes section under each task is great for keeping track of the steps needed to perform a complicated task - and the notes repeat along with the task if it is set to repeat. I use it for work and home. By far my favorite app!

Mrs. Winch is the best teacher ever and if you need to use this app for your web tools class I would highly recommend it❤️

Latest version has some questionable UX decisions. Inexplicably, setting date and time on a task takes about 8 clicks.

Ive used them all. Nothing beats RTM.

This app is top notch, honest, uncomplicated, a real pleasure to use and has only been getting better over the years. Few apps do that. I am sure that there is an excellent team behind it. Awesome work!

I manage things by this. Cloud sync works great.

No way to back out of icons when adding a task, crashes

Love the new version of this app. It offers all the flexibility you could want but also keeps things simple and very intuitive to use.

Love this app! BUT...on the new version, when I swipe from a task list to go back to the menu, I am constantly deleting individual tasks instead. Grrrr!

Ive used RTM for years and am a pro subscriber. Its incredibly flexible and more powerful than its competitors.

Regularly finding bugs that require me to reboot the entire app.

Im sure To-Do apps are very personal. Ive tried many, and always come back to this. I love that the desktop version is a web app. I love the easy text entry (adding due dates, tags, etc) without ever touching the mouse. And the iPhone app is pretty good, and mirrors the web app.

It looks, sounds nice... purchase the "Pro" upgrade to get sub-tasks (a rather basic feature) and other functions. I hit the "Pro" link only to find that it costs $39.99 annually!!! Hope the developer will be able to buy milk because they wont be getting any of my money.

I would be lost without Remember the Milk, and the iPad app makes using it dead simple. Cant beat it.

Remember the Milk is one of maybe three apps I cant go without. PRO is must if you use the app heavily. While the app is solid, Im writing this review also in praise of their tech support. I recently had a pretty complicated smart search I was trying to crack and Tristan from support helped me. Ive never recieved such prompt and dedicated service in my life from a support team. Not only did he solve my issue but made me literally LOL with lines like "Im not ashamed to admit I spend 21.4 hours of my life figuring this out." Thanks to Tristan and the RTM team!

This is the best task manager Ive used to date and I have used at least 8 others. RTM was one of the first task managers I used years ago, but I left for better task managers. Im back. Missing features: no share widget and not able attach files or photos to a task, just links. Hopefully they will add these features soon. The other features, functions and the look and feel make it worth waiting for now.
